Office Manager
Blake Edwards
Blake has served as NPT’s Office Manager since 1996 and is essential to keeping the clinic organized and running efficiently. He oversees front office operations, insurance coordination, and accounting, and is known for his kind and helpful approach with patients.
Outside of work, Blake enjoys time with his wife, Kristina, their three children, and playing golf.

Shelley Page
Shelley started with NPT in 2017. She has 5 years of office experience in a physical therapy setting. She deals with insurance and patient payments.
Shelley has 2 sons, Kyle and Cody. She has 2 granddaughters, Emma and Olivia.

Audrey Waldrop has played a foundational role in the development and long-term success of the practice. From its inception, she helped establish the business on a sound financial footing and has overseen accounting and human resources ever since. Audrey worked closely with Mark to develop the company’s policies and procedures, design internal systems and workflows, and implement improvements as the organization has grown. Highly analytical by nature,
Audrey serves as a trusted sounding board in business decision-making and is deeply involved in refining systems to improve efficiency, compliance, and operational clarity. She ensures that all business licenses, taxes, and accounting requirements are maintained accurately and processed in a timely manner. Over the years, she has also trained and mentored numerous employees in accounting and HR functions, helping build continuity and internal expertise.

Office Assistant
Alasia Holloway
Alasia Holloway joined our clinic in August 2024 and has experience in both front desk operations and insurance pre-authorizations. She is currently pursuing a nursing degree, with plans to graduate in 2028. Alasia is known for her professionalism, excellent phone manners, and commitment to providing a positive patient experience.

Accounting/Office Assistant
Amber Gorie
Amber Gorie has been a valued member of our team for over three years. She began her career with us in the front office, where she quickly developed a strong understanding of patient care operations and day-to-day clinic workflow. Over time, Amber transitioned into a key support role in our bookkeeping and accounting processes, where her attention to detail and reliability truly shine.
A true “jack of all trades,” Amber brings versatility and dedication to everything she does. In addition to assisting with accounting duties, she has been responsible for handling all patient insurance preauthorizations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and clear communication on behalf of both patients and providers. As she continues training to take on expanded accounting responsibilities, Amber remains an essential part of keeping our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Judy Boozer
Judy Boozer joined Newberry Physical Therapy in August 2025 as a part-time front desk assistant, bringing more than 40 years of experience from a distinguished career in banking. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor help create a welcoming and efficient experience for our patients.
